Welcome to OccupyBaltimore Library’s Website. We have a great deal of on-line information for you and hope you will spend some time checking it out. Please leave us comments about what you like and what you would like to see.

In addition to this digital library we also offering a “Roving Library.” This means that at any of OccupyBaltimore’s events, a small library will be available for you to choose books from.

We have started the American Spring Occupy Baltimore Library Book Drops and things are spectacular. We bring books into neighborhoods where Pratt branches have shut down, into neighborhoods that request it, and make books available to those without permanent addresses. We need volunteers for this. Can you drive? Can you help collect books from BookThing? Do you have any books to donate? To learn more pop over to the American Spring Book Drop webpage. To get involved email us at ocbmorelib@gmail.com

Please share the information contained here-in with someone who does not have computer access. We ask this so that we can begin to address the issue of the digital divide (those of us who cannot access the internet and those of us who can) that is one more problem that separates us.

Note – the occupythejail books were thrown out after cops tore down the schoolhouse we built.
